My Story
I spent decades inside mission-critical systems: leading cybersecurity efforts at USDA for over 114,000 end users, mentoring teams, and carrying responsibility that didn’t turn off at 5 p.m.

Over those 20 years, I noticed something: my favorite work wasn’t just locking down systems—it was growing people. Helping staff prepare for new roles. Coaching managers through complex decisions. Supporting teams in high-stress environments where one bad call could ripple across thousands of lives.

When I retired from government service, I didn’t retire from that part of myself. So I trained formally as a certified coach and started my own coaching practice.

Today, I help people who live in that same space of responsibility: leaders, managers, and professionals who want to move faster and more clearly, without sacrificing integrity or burning out.
